Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Grabnest, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items under the guidelines below.


If Purchased on Grabnest.com

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
  • Grabnest is not responsible for any non-Grabnest items returned to our facility.
  • Returns must be submitted through our return portal. Do not send returns to our warehouse without approval.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Visit: grabnest.com/return

  1. Enter your Grabnest order number (found in order confirmation email or packing slip).
  2. Enter the email used for the order, your phone number, or the shipping ZIP code.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  4. Choose refund or exchange. If exchanging, shop the site using your return value.
    • If the new item is cheaper, you’ll receive a refund of the difference.
    • If it’s more expensive, you will be prompted to pay the difference during checkout.
  5. Choose your return method:
    • Box and Ship It: Print a prepaid label and drop it off at a carrier location.
    • Drop Off at a Happy Returns Location: Generate a QR code to return in person—no packaging needed.
  6. Review all information and submit your return.
  7. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund or new exchange order.

If Purchased In-Store or from Another Online Retailer

Please return items to the original place of purchase. If that’s not possible, we may offer an exchange for the same value with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Items must be clean and unworn, as verified by our team.

We cannot accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, Poshmark).
